American Shine reserves the right to substitute carriers on all shipments made inside or outside the United States. We want our customers to be happy and will work with you to rectify any issues that may arise during the shipment of products from American Shine to a customer.
If you have a package that is damaged in transit by a carrier, the carrier is responsible for reembursement or replacement of the item.
American Shine will work with our customers to ensure the carrier treats you fairly during the claims process.
I you recieve a product, that for whatever reason, is defective or damaged at the American Shine Factory, we will replace the productfor you without any issues.
If we sells you a products and your unsatisfied with the product, you may return it to American Shine for replacement or repair. If a refund is requested on a products, American Shine reseves the right to chareg a nominal restocking fee.
If you need to return something, call our toll free number 877-777-4463 and request an Return Merchandise Authorization number and we will accept the return for evaluation. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA Number attached.
